Ryan brings over 12 years of experience in diagnostics, medtech, and pharma. He recently led market access efforts at Strata Oncology overseeing the launch of Strata Select™, a comprehensive genomic profiling test that incorporates a novel immunotherapy selection biomarker. Key activities included pricing discussions, market research, competitive landscape analysis, submission for Advanced Diagnostic Laboratory Test (ADLT) status, and the securing of a new PLA code and Medicare coverage through the MolDX pathway.
Ryan was integral to the launch of Guardant Health's first tissue product, TissueNext™, where he led the positioning of a liquid biopsy first, tissue next paradigm. Ryan also led market entry for Stratafide™, a kitted comprehensive genomic profiling test with Breakthrough Device Designation, while working at Invitae. Here he was responsible for advising clients on coverage, coding, pricing, and launch roadmaps for new products spanning novel laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) to digital companion diagnostics. Ryan holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Georgetown University.
