Highlights:


This study reports the development of a technology solution based on real-world data to subside stroke care pathways based on value worldwide. 


This article highlights the strategy of developing and deploying a business intelligence solution that utilizes data based on patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) and costs estimates using time-driven activity-based costing analysis.


The integration of the available hospital collected PROMs with a business intelligence platform can enable scalability of transparent and automatized value-based initiativesin the health care delivery.


The digital solution described can improve reimbursement strategies based on integrated PROMS and cost estimates and enable greater collaboration among health care stakeholders.
